Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges (RE)

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for return or  exchange up to 7 days from the date of purchase, pickup, or package delivery. The product(s) must be in the same condition and within the original packaging in which it was purchased or received. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.

The following types of products are NOT eligible for our RE program:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food products, magazines, newspapers, flowers)

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Certain health and personal care items (undergarments, beauty products, plush toys)

- Intimate or sanitary goods

- Any product that is returned without its original packaging

A receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided at time of return to be eligible for our RE program. An email notification will be provided upon completion of inspection of the returned item notifying of approval or rejection of the refund or exchange.

Refunds will be in the form of gift-card(s), which must be used within 6 months of issuance for an item of equal or lesser value. Any unused credits will be voided.
