1. How long does it takes for my orders to reach me?

 

For Singapore Orders
Free Shipping with no minimum purchase! Delivery will take 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number followed by an email from our support team when your order is picked up by the courier service.

 

For Overseas Orders Shipping
Customs tax (if any) will be borne by the shopper. Depending on which courier you select at checkout, delivery time will vary from 3-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number followed by an email from our support team when your order is picked up by the courier service.

 

2. Why is my order status shown as “Your package is currently being scheduled to be picked up”?

 

For Singapore Orders
Your order will be processed on the next business day. If the next business day falls on a Public Holiday or eve of a Public Holiday, your order will be picked up the next business day. If your order falls on Thursday after 6pm or Friday, the order will be picked up the following Monday. You will receive a tracking number followed by an email from our support team when your order is picked up by the courier service.

 

For Overseas Orders Shipping

3. How does “In Store Collection” option works?

 

For Singapore’s Orders
You may opt to collect at our Millenia Walk Outlet with option to collect on “Friday after 2pm” time-slot.

Your order will be processed on the next business day. If your order falls on Thursday after 6pm or Friday, the order will be available for pick up in-store the Following Friday after 2pm. You will receive a SMS or Email notification from us if your order is available for collection.

4. It has been more than 5 Business days since my order has been placed and I have not received any tracking number or notification email on my order. I need help.

5. Additional Overseas Shipping Info

 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
